Spring leaves with hue of grass hid green larva,
and adorned scarlet rose with aroma,
just looked like green umbrella overhead,
when leaves filled chestnut branches over blooms bed.
Chestnut tree leaves fluttered like butterfly,
riding atop ten miles spring wind with sigh,
falling like rain from clouds covered sunshine,
floating like boats on pond rippled wave line.
You were reading poems with jingling wind,
and leaves from chestnut tree sang like woodwind,
each poem rode atop spring wind to you,
each leaf carried yearning of morning dew.
Just seemed like chirps of larks among mountains,
when chestnut leaves in wind fluttered like rains.
