Chapter 236 - Last year a rose blossomed by my window

By: Amoureax Amant

Last year a rose blossomed by my window,

whose petal was red lips sipped melting snow,

and rose faded and died at end of spring,

and rose reborn and bloomed with stem of sting.

Last year ten larks fluttered in docile row,

whose wings flapped air and spinned over willow,

and larks breathed out sweet chirps saluted spring,

and larks flipped, like fall flower fluttering.

You smiled like rose, sweet as last year, changeless,

whose smile was spring sunshine warmed dawn roses,

and rose sipped dewy wine till cheeks turned blush,

and rose listened south wind hit leaves of bush.

You stood still, like listening rose in park,

and rose blossomed with song of crooning lark.
