Butterfly danced in sea of daffodil,
as daffodil filled hill lined with windmill,
where windmill breeze carried fragrance to stream,
there daffodil petal bathed in sunbeam.
Butterfly obsessed daffodil petal,
as moth obsessed warm light from burning coal,
seemed like light fawn's feather swirled with fragrance,
when daffodil watched butterfly danced dance.
You were a daffodil in fragrant sea,
whose cheeks looked nicer than peach blossom tree,
whose breath breathed sweeter than fragrant tulips,
whose honey-stained lips sealed butterfly lips.
Whose smile was lake rippled by butterfly,
whose tears was rain fluttered from misty sky.
