Hot spring emerged warm sun of dawn with gleam,
then gleam tottered into morning sweet dream,
where appeared daisies smiled toward skyline,
and echoed chirps of birds in mild sunshine.
Chilled breeze moved gauze of cloud masked pearl moon face,
then moon reflection showed in lake embrace,
where quilt of leaf covered lily in night,
and croaks of frogs echoed in chilled moonlight.
You smiled toward sun raised from rippling stream,
when rippling stream saluted hot sunbeam,
for whom touched snow melted into water,
and which milked spring garden in full flower.
You smiled to me like sunshine warmed chilled dawn,
when chilled north wind rolled through kneeling grass lawn.
