Chapter 99 - I was caterpillar creeping on grass

By: Amoureax Amant

I was caterpillar creeping on grass,

under chesnut shadow beneath blue glass,

hiding with green cover from huntingbird,

with bugs siren song echoed hummingbird.

I creeped toward heaven where there's meadow,

there's grass at full dew in chestnut shadow,

and settled on the softest grass on lawn,

crooning with bird's humming at rosy dawn.

I weaved new clothes and shut inside cocoon,

when chesnut leaf fluttered beneath pearl moon,

and fall petal danced through green amber lake,

from night flower bloomed as pale as snowflake.

When I broke through cocoon in pale moonlight,

there's one more butterfly danced till daylight.
