Exercise 1: Energy Sensitivity Meditation

Before you can channel healing energy effectively, you must first learn to sense the subtle energy fields around your own body. This exercise will teach you how to become aware of and tune into your life force energy.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Sit in a Quiet Space: Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won't be disturbed. Sit with your hands resting in your lap and your eyes closed.

Breathe Deeply and Relax: Take several deep breaths, allowing your body to relax fully. With each exhale, release any tension or stress.

Rub Your Hands Together: Gently rub your palms together for about 20-30 seconds, generating warmth and energy between your hands. Afterward, slowly pull them apart, about 2-3 inches, and hold them facing each other.

Sense the Energy Between Your Hands: With your hands facing each other, focus on the space between them. Do you feel a slight tingling, warmth, or subtle pressure? This is your energy field. Move your hands closer together and farther apart to see how the energy shifts.

Expand Your Awareness: Once you can feel the energy between your hands, expand your focus to your entire body. Visualize energy flowing through your body, surrounding you in a soft, glowing light. Try to sense any areas where the energy feels blocked or heavy.

Journal the Experience: After the meditation, write down your sensations. Over time, this sensitivity will increase, making it easier to work with healing energy.
