Another effective way to practice telekinesis is by influencing the movement of a candle flame. The flame, being sensitive to even small shifts in energy, can be subtly affected by your mental focus.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Set Up Your Candle: Place a small candle on a stable surface in front of you. Make sure there is no breeze or airflow that could influence the flame's movement.
Light the Candle and Focus: Light the candle and sit comfortably in front of it. Focus on the flame as it flickers. Watch how it moves naturally, observing its behavior without interfering.
Project Your Energy to the Flame: Close your eyes for a moment and imagine energy radiating outward from your mind, traveling toward the flame. Open your eyes and mentally direct the flame to flicker in a certain way—perhaps asking it to sway to the left or right, or to grow taller.
