Find a Quiet Space: Sit comfortably in a quiet room where you won't be disturbed. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths to center yourself.
Visualize Your Aura: Imagine a soft light surrounding your entire body. This is your aura. Notice its shape, size, and color. If your aura feels heavy, cloudy, or dark in any areas, focus on those spots.
Cleansing the Aura: Visualize a bright, healing light—like a gentle waterfall of golden or white light—flowing down from above and washing over your aura. As it flows through your energy field, see it clearing away any dark or heavy energy, leaving your aura bright and clear.
Strengthen Your Energy Field: Once your aura feels cleansed, visualize it expanding outward, growing brighter and stronger. Feel the positive energy flowing through and around you, protecting you from negativity and keeping your energy balanced.
