Exercise 1: Third Eye Visualization
This exercise will help you focus your awareness on your third eye, opening the door to clairvoyant perception.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Prepare Your Space: Sit comfortably in a quiet, dimly lit room. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, allowing your body and mind to relax.
Focus on the Third Eye: Bring your attention to the space between your eyebrows. Imagine a small, indigo light glowing softly in this area. Visualize it clearly and vividly.
Expand the Light: As you inhale, imagine the light growing brighter and more vibrant. With each exhale, see the light expanding outward, filling your entire forehead and mind with its glow.
Ask for Clairvoyant Insight: After a few minutes of focusing on the light, mentally ask for insight. This could be about a decision you're facing, or simply a request for greater clarity in your life.
Receive the Message: Be open to any images, symbols, or impressions that arise. They may not make immediate sense, but trust what comes to you.
Record Your Experience: After the exercise, write down any images, symbols, or thoughts you received. With practice, these impressions will become clearer and more meaningful.
