While thoughts can be transmitted telepathically, emotions often flow more easily between people. In this exercise, you will focus on transmitting specific emotions to another person.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Prepare Your Space: Sit in a comfortable, quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Focus on the Connection: Choose a person to focus on. This could be someone you know, or someone you sense is open to receiving. Picture them clearly in your mind's eye.

Choose an Emotion to Send: Focus on a specific emotion—calm, joy, peace, or love. Feel this emotion deeply within yourself and allow it to fill your entire body.

Send the Emotion: As you breathe, imagine this emotion flowing out from your heart and mind like a wave, reaching out toward the person. Picture it filling them with the same emotion you are feeling.

Observe Results: Later in the day or week, check in with this person. See if they mention feeling calm, loved, or peaceful at the time you were focusing on them. Sometimes, the transmission may be subtle, but with practice, you will start to notice patterns.
