Hell!
One hundred thousand years ago, the battle between the gods and the Earth nearly shattered everything. Ultimately, Yan Mo negotiated with the god Amaterasu, leading to a temporary cessation of hostilities, but it was merely a truce.
How long would this truce last? In truth, no one knew. Recently, under the mutual easing between Yan Mo and Amaterasu, tensions had escalated, resulting in increasingly alarming friction between the two sides.
Clearly, the truce could no longer endure, and another eruption was imminent. When that time came, the battlefield would be terrifying, for no one could predict the outcome. Would the conflict between the gods continue, or would it lead to unforeseen results? This uncertainty was the most frightening aspect of it all.
Hades, Persephone, and Yan Mo emerged in Hell once more. At this moment, Hell was still bustling with activity. Their primary responsibilities lay in the Underworld, yet Hell remained busy.
However, for them, this was not a bad situation. They honed their skills through their duties, and the improvements gained over time were undeniable. Although busy, they found this work to be the best form of practice—serious yet fulfilling.
"Your Majesty!"
"Queen of the Underworld!"
"Concubine Ming!"
Upon seeing the three gods, the judge, who was sifting through countless records of life and death, bowed respectfully, filled with endless admiration. As a subordinate of Yan Mo, he was among the most powerful gods in the Underworld. Yan Mo's strength surpassed even that of the Ten Kings. In terms of status, however, the Ten Kings and judges held comparable ranks.
Only the judge's position was particularly unique. From the moment of his birth, he possessed two artifacts: the Book of Life and Death and the Judge's Pen. With the enhancement provided by these artifacts, the judge's power had rapidly increased.
Because of this, he managed to become a Titan main god in a short time and continued to cultivate through cloning methods. However, all of this was merely part of his training; steady progress was paramount.
"Um."
Yan Mo nodded lightly, took a puff from his tobacco pipe, and exhaled a wisp of green smoke. "Judge, how are matters in Hell?"
The judge replied respectfully, "Concubine Ming, everything in Hell is progressing steadily. However, as you mentioned, Amaterasu has begun to loosen restrictions, and the gods of Gao Tianyuan have started to cause trouble."
Yan Mo nodded and said lightly, "Arrange for our gods to mobilize; the time is ripe. We shouldn't waste any more time. It's time to resume this war."
"Understood!"
The judge nodded respectfully, then stepped back to manage the preparations.
Persephone, observing from the side, contemplated the situation. "It seems Amaterasu must have already made preparations or secured the support of a higher-level god; otherwise, there wouldn't be such a sudden escalation."
Yan Mo agreed, saying, "Sister, you're right. Presumably, Amaterasu has set things in motion, though the specifics remain unclear. However, we are also prepared; there are only three thousand years left. Once that time passes, everything will change!"
"Good!"
Persephone and Yan Mo exchanged proud smiles, their confidence unwavering. They had absolute faith in their husband; at no point did they doubt his capabilities. This confidence, filled with an air of dominance, was a testament to their unwavering belief.
Whenever Hades claimed that one hundred thousand years was sufficient, it was a certainty. After that time, everything would come to a conclusion, as was destined.
This profound trust in Hades contrasted with his calm observation of Hell. He gazed upon the realm before him, a sense of peace enveloping his thoughts as he contemplated something deeper.
Hell!
From beginning to end, it remained tranquil and stable, seemingly unchanging. The stability of Hell allowed for remarkable developments, a testament to its unique nature. Unlike the Underworld, which was created by Hades, Hell was birthed naturally by the world itself. It could be said that the uniqueness of Hell represented the essence of this world, much like Yan Mo, who was also born in Hell.
"Husband!"
Yan Mo approached Hades and softly asked, "Do you wish to fully integrate Hell into the Underworld?"
"Not just yet."
Hades replied calmly, "There is a trace of energy in Hell attracting the magic star. A warrior is about to be born."
"Yes!"
Yan Mo nodded, exhaling a thick plume of smoke, silently observing, eager to know who that warrior would be.
Hades stepped forward, his figure vanishing instantly.
The two women exchanged glances, then followed Hades, their divine auras fading away once more.
"Absolutely not!"
"I don't want this!"
"I want revenge!"
"Revenge!"
"Gao Tianyuan!"
"Ah!"
A man let out a frenzied roar, his eyes glowing with a terrifying light, like a vengeful specter. Everything he had was taken from him by the gods of Gao Tianyuan, and he couldn't accept this fate. Therefore, he yearned for revenge, to destroy Gao Tianyuan, to reclaim what was lost!
"Ah!"
His anguished roar echoed, signaling a climax. The bull-headed messengers around him watched impassively, having witnessed countless such displays. For them, this was just another moment in an endless cycle.
With the onset of the battle between heaven and earth, countless souls had arrived in Hell, their ultimate fate sealed by the gods' power. This was their destiny; change was impossible.
In that moment, a strange skull emerged and merged with the man's body. Instantly, he unleashed a frenzied roar, dark purple light radiating from him, a manifestation of the underworld warrior's power, threatening to engulf everything.
Following him, an underworld warrior materialized, surveying the surroundings with indifference before disappearing without a trace.
