Chapter 135 - The Three Gods Face Cronus

With a cold snort, Zeus unleashed a torrent of lightning that exploded towards Cronus. "Father God, your era has ended. It's best you don't underestimate the situation."

Cronus remained seated on his throne, unfazed. The thunder seemed to strike an invisible barrier, shattering harmlessly.

"How disappointing," Cronus remarked, shaking his head. "Zeus, you are the prophesied third-generation god king, yet your power is so weak it bores me."

Zeus snorted again but refrained from retaliating further. Though arrogant, he was no fool; he knew that reckless attacks could provoke a real battle, and Hades and Poseidon were unlikely to intervene.

An uneasy silence settled over the four gods, a strange tension hanging in the air. Kronos observed with a smirk, relishing the moment.

"Hades. Poseidon. Zeus. Since we've come this far, let's skip the pleasantries. Show me the divine powers you possess. Use your full strength."

Cronus smiled, seemingly eager for a display of power from his heirs. He hoped they would not disappoint him after all his preparations.

"Thunder! Come forth!" Zeus shouted, conjuring a whirlwind of colors from his palm—dark purple, blinding white, and deep black lightning swirling together. He harnessed them into a titanic spear aimed at Cronus.

Cronus smirked, "Not bad. You grasp the law of thunder well enough to be called my heir. But it's meaningless; against absolute strength, your efforts are as trivial as grains of sand."

In an instant, Zeus's assault vanished, as if it had never existed. The moment was surreal, leaving everyone bewildered.

"Law of space!" Zeus gasped, understanding dawning on him.

For ages, Cronus, the supreme Titan God King, rarely fought, yet every encounter ended with his calm victory. Time had made many forget he was once the God of Space, an invincible force.

"Hmm..." Cronus leaned on his hand, feigning boredom. "Is this truly all you have? If so, I might as well let go of my other foes and restore peace."

Killing without purpose bored him; facing his heirs held the only interest for him.

"So..." Cronus turned his gaze. "Hades! Poseidon! Show me something extraordinary."

While he acknowledged Zeus, his curiosity was piqued by Hades and Poseidon. They were actively reshaping their destinies, forging paths uniquely their own.

Poseidon summoned vast power into his palm. "If you wish to test us, then so be it."

Hades replied calmly, "Father God, this is our chance to gauge how far we've come. It seems close, yet the distance is vast."

As Zeus regained his composure, he declared, "You've always underestimated me. I will prove you wrong."

"Destroy Thunder! The Sea of Life! Eternal Death is near!" The three gods unleashed their respective powers—thunder, ocean, and death—manifesting into colossal, roaring behemoths that surged toward Cronus.

"Hahaha!" Cronus laughed heartily. "This is splendid! You are worthy heirs! But still, you are far from my level. You three little devils are simply too weak."

As the scene unfolded, brilliant light burst forth, echoing the grandeur of an endless universe, leaving everything else in a shimmering haze.
