Gorgeous, noble, and perfect; these words are the most suitable to describe this mountain, for its name is Olympus.
In the future, Olympus will be the Holy Mountain, the base camp of Zeus and the other gods during the Titan Wars, and it will become the residence of the twelve main gods, a symbol of their divine power.
The gods clad in black robes moved with a ghostly grace, and even the sentinels of Olympus felt no disturbance. It was as if the black-cloaked gods did not exist, effortlessly ascending to the summit of Olympus without triggering any barriers or seals.
At the peak of Mount Olympus, this place resembled a small world, adorned with beautiful, untouched scenery, with a simple temple standing proudly at its center.
"Hades?"
A voice broke the tranquility, soft and youthful, yet filled with a unique tenderness.
Hades turned slightly to see a petite girl who, despite her appearance, possessed an impeccable figure; she was Hades' eldest sister.
"Hestia," Hades replied.
Hestia approached quickly, her smile bright as she said, "Hades! It's been so long! Have you finished your retreat? Is your injury healed? Well, it doesn't matter too much; I was just asking, don't mind it."
Compared to other gods, Hestia had a more lively personality. As the goddess of the hearth, her divine power was formidable, ranking her among the strongest of the Titan gods.
After all, while Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus were born as god-kings, their older sisters, Hestia, Demeter, and Hera were no less powerful. Though they weren't as ambitious, they stood strong, with Zeus promising that as long as Hestia supported him, he would ensure no one bothered her.
"Hmm"
Hestia gazed at Hades, her voice filled with emotion. "Hades, I sometimes wish I had followed you, so I could live in seclusion in the Underworld, free from all other concerns. Maybe that would be more comfortable."
Hades replied quietly, "Hestia, such a life would be disrupted by the gods."
"Ah?! No way!"
Hestia retorted without hesitation. "Well, forget it! Let's not dwell on that. Judging by your demeanor, you're not interested in the position of God King at all. Fine! I'll continue supporting Zeus."
Hades then asked, "As a big sister, shouldn't you prepare some benefits for me?"
"Well?!"
Hestia was taken aback by Hades' rare jest. Shaking her head, she said, "Stop joking! I've already chosen to support Zeus; he is my younger brother. How could I favor one over the other? Don't worry, I'll fight for some advantages for both you and Poseidon."
"Well!"
At this, Hestia sighed softly. "Hades, Poseidon, and Zeus, your future may still mirror that of the Father God, leading to the same conflict among the gods."
As an elder sister, Hestia wished to avoid involvement. She saw all this turmoil as meaningless; even if she participated, what would change? As a goddess, it seemed fate had already decided.
Hades replied quietly, "Greed and ambition will inevitably lead to chaos."
"Hestia!"
"Hades?"
This voice belonged to Demeter, a more mature and composed goddess than Hestia. As the second sister among the siblings, Demeter was indifferent to many things. Her support for Zeus was not born from strong conviction but merely a drift alongside her sisters.
"Demeter," Hades acknowledged.
Demeter smiled gracefully. "Hades, you're back. You've been away for 50,000 years."
"Yes," Hades nodded slightly, choosing not to elaborate.
"Well!"
Demeter smiled again, continuing, "Come here; the Titan Wars have been quite busy. Poseidon and Zeus just returned after a meeting five thousand years ago. But counting the time…"
"Hades."
"Hades!"
The voices of Poseidon and Zeus echoed as they rushed back simultaneously. Regardless of the reason, Hades' return marked the beginning of the true battle of the Titans.
"Um."
Hades observed the two gods quietly. They, along with the five gods, gathered in the palace of Olympus. They maintained calm expressions as they took their seats.
After 50,000 years of war, Zeus had changed significantly; he now exuded the majesty of a ruler, embodying the essence of an unstoppable king of gods.
At that moment, Hera entered the palace, accompanied by Eris. Hera took her seat while Eris stood quietly behind her.
Poseidon spoke indifferently, "Hades, you vanished for fifty thousand years."
Hades merely glanced at Poseidon, choosing silence; he had little interest in responding.
Of course, Poseidon didn't expect a reply. He knew Hades well enough to understand he wouldn't provide one.
After all, Hades had always been the most powerful of the three god-kings. He had achieved god-king status 50,000 years ago, and now, after years of rest, his strength had only increased.
However, with the concealment of the Helm of Darkness, no one could detect Hades' true power. It was merely a matter of divine energy and raw strength.
As for Poseidon and Zeus? Hades could see at a glance that their divine powers had reached the pinnacle of the Titan Main God. Yet, reaching the level of god-king? That remained uncertain. Who knew when they would attain such power?
At that moment, Zeus spoke with a calm demeanor.
After 50,000 years, he had grown more composed.
"Hades, your return is timely. Recently, the Titans have launched a fierce counterattack. They seem to have acquired a vast number of demons, overwhelming us and forcing us to retreat."
Hades remained silent, simply listening to Zeus.
Zeus continued solemnly, "Hades, it's not that we can't handle it. The battles are occurring on three fronts, the sea, the heavens, and the earth! The strain is too much for us, and the demons are appearing in the Underworld, where you are the best suited to deal with them."
"I understand."
Hades replied coolly, acknowledging the situation.
