Hades quietly stared at the Chaos Sea, feeling as though he were gazing into an abyss. When you stare into the abyss, the abyss stares back at you.
Half an hour passed.
It was Hades who finally withdrew his gaze. Regaining his composure, he lifted one hand, and the world seed emerged. Compared to when he first acquired it, the world seed had gradually begun to bloom with vibrant light.
"Come on, let me try this," Hades said.
He withdrew his palm, allowing the world seed to float in front of the Crystal Wall system. His dark eyes gradually lit up, bursting with radiant divine power. The energy surrounded the world seed as it slowly separated from the Crystal Wall system and entered the Chaos Sea.
However, just after leaving the Crystal Wall system, beads of sweat began to drip from Hades' forehead.
In the next moment, Hades retracted the world seed without hesitation. His face was pale, and he muttered to himself, "In such a short time, 90% of my divine power has been consumed. It's clear that no matter what method I use, stepping into the Chaos Sea is incredibly difficult."
In reality, crossing the Chaos Sea was nearly impossible; otherwise, given the nature of the Titan God King, the Titan Army would have already launched expeditions to other worlds.
"Continue to try slowly," Hades said, not giving up. He regained his divine power and continued experimenting.
The cultivation of the gods is divided into three paths.
The first is the law of cultivation, such as the laws of death, sleep, soul, darkness, and so on, which Hades inherently possesses. As long as he practices diligently, he can grow stronger.
The second way is to become a god through faith. Countless believers pray for him, and the power of that faith becomes a second means of divine cultivation. This is especially prevalent in certain biblical worlds.
The third and final method is to create and improve a world, allowing the world to feed back into oneself. This is commonly referred to as the Kingdom of God, which represents the cultivation path of the three gods.
In practice, most gods cultivate along all three paths simultaneously. They create a universe within themselves, which is the third path; gather a large number of believers within that universe, representing the second path; and rely on their inherent laws for the first path.
Pursuing all three paths can accelerate the increase of divine power.
As for the ultimate power, the will of the gods; though it sounds advanced, it's actually akin to different methods of cultivation.
The ultimate power equates to mastering advanced techniques. When practicing such techniques, one gains various powerful additional attributes, leading to faster cultivation.
The will of the gods represents an exercise he discovered while lacking ultimate power; it essentially embodies this concept.
As for further subdivided small universes? They are merely for simpler relaxation.
Why does the cultivation of a saint necessitate physical exercise? Because stimulating the body promotes the growth of the small universe, a very basic cultivation method.
In summary, the three paths offer gods three choices for cultivation. Some practitioners pursue all three, while others may choose only one.
Naturally, Hades intends to pursue all three paths. Additionally, unlike others, Hades possesses the world seed. The world created through the world seed is far more advanced than the inner universe.
"Continue," Hades murmured, determined to keep trying.
The second time.
The third time.
The fourth time.
...
He tried again and again, exploring various methods, gradually discovering what needed to be consumed.
Finally, after thousands of years of effort, Hades, aided by the magic star, managed to control the world seed and barely made contact with a nearby small world before quickly retracting it.
"It worked," he said, his forehead glistening with sweat and his eyes bloodshot. Hades rarely smiled, but the difficulty of this achievement had been immense. After countless attempts, he had finally touched other small worlds through the world seed.
After calming down and recovering his divine power, Hades said after a brief moment, "The next step is the real beginning."
Maintaining inner peace, Hades controlled the world seed with his divine power, integrating the two magic stars, Skyburst and Omen, into the surroundings of the world seed.
Under the influence of his own power and that of the magic star, the world seed was gradually sent into the small world.
Instantly, as the world seed entered the small world, Hades felt the pressure lift. Furthermore, although the connection between his two magic stars and himself was faintly visible, it would not cause him to lose his coordinates.
Hades let out a long breath and said, "The first step has been successful. Now, let's see if it unfolds as I planned."
Hades was a person more rational than emotional, and such a character took his endeavors seriously. He either did not attempt something or pursued it to the utmost.
The first rule of practice was that Hades was born with many laws, requiring time to cultivate slowly. Simultaneously, he needed to reclaim control of Pluto himself. Only then could he truly unlock all the laws and integrate them into the laws of Pluto.
The second path, belief practice? Hades had no interest in common beliefs. If he was seeking followers, he wanted only the best. Whether he could find them depended on the success of his third step.
The third step was practicing within the Kingdom of God! Hades aimed to use the world seed as the core to create a great world-level divine kingdom of his own. Although the process would be extremely difficult, if he succeeded, the rewards would be unparalleled.
