As Anna was walking to the dining room, she saw Andrew descending down the stairs. When his eyes fell on her, he flashed her a smile and came to stand next to her.
"I'm so hungry." He spoke as he stretched his hands upwards.
"Are you planning on preparing dinner?" Anna asked.
Andrew raised his eyebrow at her question. He then noticed the air was filled with the aroma of delicious food but it was different from the times, Leon cooked but when he ordered food.
Andrew hurried to the dining room and found the dining table empty. He was about to complain about the food not being served yet when Leon came out from the kitchen.
"You slept for a shorter period today." Leon stated as his hands was occupied with two plates of food.
Anna appeared in the dining room at the time Andrew asked, "Did I miss dinner?"
A wide smile scrept to Leon's lips and his eyes sparkled with a glint of mischief in them as he responded, "Oh no, you didn't."
Seeing the mischief in Leon's eyes, andrew eyebrows scrunched, eyebrows furrowed in confusion.
"I didn't prepare dinner tonight and bought dinner instead." Leon said as a mischievous glint danced in his midnight's eyes.
"I thought I'd missed dinner." Andrew's hand reached out to the plate Leon held but Leon was quick to move away before Andrew could grasp it.
Leon declared, "I only bought for two and not for four."
Andrew was shocked and also Alexa who had just arrived in time to hear Leon's declaration.
They both knew the two was not for them but for Leon and Anna, the human girl.
"No dinner for us?" Alexa roared.
She wasn't happy with the news because she was expecting dinner as she left her room. Her stomach as been growling for quite somtime and hearing there was no dinner for her only made her stomach growl the more.
Andrew didn't argue much or ask the reason because he knew he was deprived of dinner because of Alexa.
But he was glad that he had some late night snacks in his room he could chew on before he slept.
"I'll retire to bed now." Andrew said and went up the stairs leaving Alexa behind.
Alexa grumbled, "This is so wicked of you to do, Leon"
Leon ignored her and placed the plates on the dining table and took his seat. He made a gesture to Anna for her to sit.
Anna who was feeling awkward because she would eat dinner while the other two supernaturals wouldn't. She felt a bad for them. She dragged her feet and sat down opposite Leon.
"Why tonight of all nights?" Alexa asked.
Leon raised his eyes at Alexa and smiled and replied. "It's mood."
Hearing this, Alexa knew she was definitely going to bed hungry. She went to the kitchen to take an apple. When she came back she took a large bite from the apple like an angry animal and sent a glare to Leon and stomped away from there to her room.
"It's seems you don't want to eat dinner ever again." Leon shouted as she ascended the stairs.
Leon's attention shifted to Anna has he gave her a small smile and he gestured her to eat.
Anna watched Alexa leave and then turned to see Leon give a gesture for her to eat. She then asked, "I thought you said they'd sought themselves out?"
"Aren't they soughting themselves out, already?" He directed the question back at her with a raised eyebrow.
Anna quickly said before she started eating,"Hope you won't do that to me one of these days because I can cook but I'm not really good at it. At least not as good as you."
Leon raised his eyes as if thinking about it which made Anna worried that she might go to bed hungry one weekend.
Seeing her face etched with worry with a furrowed eyebrow and pursed lips he smiled at her and went to pat her head.
"Don't you worry you won't go hungry. I'll make sure to feed you well every weekend." Leon assured.
Anna had turned a little flushed with the little gesture as she smiled at his words.
"Are you sure they would be fine?" Anna couldn't help but worry.
"Andrew definitely has late night snacks in his room while Alexa," He shrugged his shoulders at his last word.
He then continued,"They're supernaturals even missing three square meal won't faze them like humans. It's just that they like food a lot."
Anna nodded her head and began to eat her food. Throughout the meal they didn't speak again.
When they were done, Anna offered to wash the plates and Leon did not object.
When she was done, she went to the sitting room and found Leon sitting down on the couch watching television.
She took her seat on the couch and heard him ask, "How about we watch a movie?"
"A movie?"
"Yes, but there isn't any popcorn."
"A movie isn't complete without popcorn." Anna said.
"There is always next time," Leon said and smiled. "Did you ask Xander?"
Anna suddenly remembered she didn't tell Leon that Xander had agreed to her request.
She replied, "He agreed without much persuasion."
Leon wasn't really that surprised that Xander had agreed because he had said he'd consider it.
"He agreed?" His words were more of a statement than a question.
"Yes." Anna said, a warm smile spread across her face, crinkling her eyes as she thought about seeing her friend tomorrow and also eating French food.
Leon asked, "Have you eaten French food before?"
"A couple of times," She answered. "Have you eaten French food before, too?" She redirected his question to him.
He raised his eyes as if he thinking and replied, "No."
"You'll definitely love it, tomorrow. I'll make sure to help you order the very best." Her face lit up with enthusiasm as she offered ordering for Leon.
Leon grinned at how excited and happy the girl before him was with just going for lunch with her friends.
Leon and Anna sat in the living room for awhile talking until Anna decided to retire to bed. Anna left Leon in the living room and went to her room.
When Anna got to her room. She was tired after the day's event and wanted to jump into bed and sleep.
But she had to wash up first and change to her night gown. When she had already done just that she didn't waste any more time and climbed into her bed.
She took her phone she had left in her bedroom on her bed to tell her friend that she would be coming tomorrow.
She opened her phone and found out Georgia had called her thirty minutes ago. She quickly dialed her number and in less than thirty seconds she heard her best friend's voice from the other side.
"Thought you had forgotten about me," Georgia complained immediately.
Anna said, "Have been busy a little."
"Did you get back safely with the cute supernatural?" Georgia asked.
She knew what was going on in her friend's head and explained quickly, "Come on, Georgia. Leon is just someone that is nice to me, like a friend."
"That's how it all starts," Georgia commented which made Anna roll her eyes. "At least you might get your first boyfriend." She screeched at her last word which made Anna almost cover her ears.
"You're at it again." She rolled her eyes again and she could swear that Georgia was grinning right now because she was getting on her nerves.
"Are you coming tomorrow?" Georgia asked, changing the topic.
Anna had almost forgotten one of the reasons why she called Georgia because of her useless talks.
"I don't...," Anna's voice trailed determining to play with her friend first. "...think it's possible" She completed her words.
Anna knew her friend's face would have dropped immediately she had said she couldn't make it.
"I'd better text the guys and tell them we won't be able to make it." Georgia said, evident sadness lazed in her words.
Anna knew for sure that Georgia was already typing the message to end the lunch.
Anna confessed, "Just joking," Georgia just shouted at the other end because her friend had pulled such a prank. "Send me the address."
Georgia spoke after a minute of silence, "You really got me on that one." She said as the both of them laughed. "I'll let them know you're coming also and I'll surely send you the address."
Anna yawned and spoke," I'm feeling so sleepy, I'll see you tomorrow."
"Alright, goodnight. Sweet dreams." Georgia said her bye.
"Bye." Then the call was disconnected.
The next minute her phone beeped and she saw that it was a smiling face from Georgia and also the address she told her to send.
She dropped her phone and turned off her bed side lamp and covered herself with the bracket.
In less than two minutes Anna was already in the dream land.

Leon had switched off the television immediately Anna went up the stairs. He was about to retire to his room when he saw Xander descending he stairs.
Xander had already changed into his night clothes and his hair was disheveled because of the turning he had done on his bed before coming down.
"Unable to sleep?" Leon asked.
"Yes." Xander's reply was short as he slumped down on the couch.
"Do you need company?" Leon asked him as he knew Xander might not sleep throughout the night.
Xander refused, "No, thanks."
"I'm going to bed." Leon said and was about to leave but Xander's voice made him halt and turn to face him again.
"You need to stop giving her reasons to go to the city when she spends time here." Leon knew he was talking about Anna.
"Why?" Leon couldn't help but ask.
Xander's eyes which was red because of the lack of sleep stared at him and then answered, "Then we might lose her."
