"That would be your job," Kang spoke before shooting the blood at Jack's forehead, catching him off guard.
He immediately held his head tightly as the severe headache assaulted him, a small red circle resampling a sun appeared on his forehead before pulsing violently.
It took a few minutes for the pain to fade alongside the mark, which hid itself below his skin.
Yuna and Aster tried to help Jack up after he recovered, but he seemed completely fine despite what just happened.
"So, how are you feeling now?" Kang asked curiously, wondering what changes happened to Jack's body because nothing was visible on the surface.
"I do not know, I'm having a strange urge currently. Some sort of hunger, but certainly not food…" Jack shook his head while describing his feelings to Kang. Yet, deep down he knew what it was, but he decided to keep it to himself instead of speaking it out loud.
