Chapter 83 - Rift Prisoner

It four hours for the helicopter to get Kang somewhere close enough to the rift before making its way back to Paradise.

This area was far away from Paradise, to the northwest of Ashford to be exact. Kang landed and watched the helicopter depart before making his way toward the rift, following the mana density he felt in the air.

"Let's see what's inside!" Kang muttered his words excitedly before entering the rift's entrance.

'What? This just feels so wrong… Why would someone create a rift in such a beautiful place?' Kang thought as his eyes wandered around, taking in the captivating visuals of the area surrounding him.

A vast, blue lake faced Kang's eyes and a large circular platform stood at the center with white towering pillars scattered in the same pattern across its edge.

One singular crystal resampling a mana stone stood suspended in the air, right at the center of the platform. Yet, it was far too big to be called an actual mana stone.
