Heavy rain, thunderstorms, and various phenomena are occurring at the Himura mansion.

Waaa waaa!

The newborn Zack Himura couldn't stop crying after being born. Nurses, guards, maids, all of them were shocked seeing the black-haired and purple-eyed baby as if they saw a ghost.

"It's not possible! How could this happen! "

Shouted the butler.

"No one in the Himura family had these features"

Himura family were all born with red hair and eyes as the Himura genes were strong that none of the ancestors had different hair and eye colors.

The head of the household, Zen Himura entered the room followed by Jin Himura, Zack's brother who is 5 years older. Seeing that the wife is on her deathbed, Zen didn't even flinch. Instead, he looked at Zack with disgusted eyes filled with anger and disappointment while Jin quickly to his stepmother's side.

"What a disgusting thing you gave birth to, Sheila. This is not my son and never will be."

Zen with his cold eyes left the room without even touching the baby.

"Jin, please take care of your brother, you're the only one I can trust right now. Please. This is my last wish." whispered Sheila to Jin.

"NO! You take care of him by yourself so please don't leave us." Jin shouted as he cried at his mother's arm.

"Farewell, my sons, please stay healthy and strong. I'll always love you. Always." Sheila whispered until she blew her last breath.

"NOOOO!! Please don't leave me!"

A few years after the incident.

"Oi, walk faster or we will be late you know"

"I know I know, wait for me dammit"

Zack's cousins, Fritz, and Gritz, the twins of the Himura household who are a year older, sons of Gran Himura, Zen's younger brother on their way to the training hall.

"Oi oi, look who's here, it's the cursed child. What are doing holding a sword, you don't even have the talent nor power"

"Yeah exactly, why bother training when no one cares about you AHAHAH."

Zack didn't even bother and continued to swing his wooden sword. The twins are frustrated by Zack's behavior towards them.

Taking the wooden sword from the rack, Fritz challenged him to a duel. Zack with his cold response refuses to accept but Fritz doesn't care and immediately charges toward him.

Zack was shocked as he was not ready.

"You piece of shit playing dirty"

Zack angrily parried Fritz's attack but it wasn't enough since he had no talent in swordplay.

After a barrage of sword swings, most of them hit Zack since he couldn't parry all of them. Zack fell injured and frustrated as he was utterly defeated.

"Heh, even that easy attack you couldn't defend. What a disgrace to Himura's name. A weak kid like you shouldn't even born in the first place."

Fritz mocked him as he walked away from the training field.

Zack has no strength left to even stand up. He was mad but there was nothing he could do.

"Yeah right, why do I even bother? I don't even have power to begin with. Why was I even born? What a great world we lived in hahaha"

"Zack! What are doing lying on the floor. Are okay??"

Jin walked in as soon as he heard some swords clashing in the training hall. He carried Zack on his back to his bed.

"Why are you so kind to me. Everyone hates me here including the servants yet you showed me generosity. Is it because you're my brother? Heh, I doubt that."

"Shut up and just rest. Me acting kind to you isn't your concern. I'm your brother or not doesn't has nothing to do. It's just my responsibility."

Tomorrow is the coming of age ceremony of Jin Himura as he turned 10 years old. Everyone in the whole kingdom including the imperial family will come to the Himura mansion to celebrate the son of the great Duke Zen Himura's 10th birthday. Everyone looked up to Zen as the hero who fought and exterminated most of the demons and monsters during the Second Great War of the Einhart Kingdom. The title 'Flaming Duke' was given to Zen as he burns his way to the one of the seven demon king generals, Diablo, with his flame-coated sword and slay the demon to end the war.

"Tomorrow is the day where the kingdom will know the glory and strength of the Himura. Don't forget what you practiced, Jin." said Zen.

"No need to worry father, I wont disappoint you or our family. I just have a small request for you."

"What is it"

"Can Zack attend tomorrow's ceremony… Just this one time, I won't ask for more. Please."

Zen's eyes filled with anger.

"That useless kid has no right to attend such a grand ceremony. The King will also be there so Zack's appearance will just make us look stupid. I'll have to decline your request."

"But father! Zack has no friends and even the kingdom doesn't know that he existed. Even if he's a little different from us, he is still our family, my brother, and your son!" shouted Jin with a displeased face.

"Silence! Even if you consider that kid as your brother, he is not my child and will never be! I have no talentless and disgusting child with a demon appearance like that. If you have nothing more to say, please leave the room."

Jin left the room with a sad yet angry face. As he opened the door, Zack was standing there, smiling at him.

"Don't worry Jin, I have no thoughts of even attending your ceremony but thank you for your concern," he spoke as he ran towards his room.

"Zack wait! Arghh shit!"

The day has come. Musics are playing. Food is served to the guests while waiting for the main character of the day. The guests were from nobles to rich merchants all over the kingdom.

"King Robert De Einhart and his imperial family have arrived!"

Einhart royal family arrived, the king, queen, and the prince and princess. Everyone was blinded by the royal family's looks. The expensive shiny jewelry and dignified etiquette stole the guests' eyes.

"The ceremony now will begin!"

"Duke Zen Himura and his family have entered!"

Red robes and jewelry worn by the Duke's family symbolize the strong and potent flame magic of Himura's family has wielded for generations. The duke gave a speech as soon as they entered.

"I'm grateful to all of you who came today, and we are also in the presence of his majesty, King Robert De Einhart. Today is the day when my son, Jin Himura will be making his way to adulthood. You all may see him as a 10-year-old kid but in the Himura family, turning 10 means you can manage yourself, be independent, and protect yourself from harm. As the heir of the Himura family, Jin will hold the largest responsibility as he needs to prove that he is worthy of holding the 'head of the Himura family'. He will now show all of you our family's most proud swordsmanship that has been passed from our ancestors until now."

"As you wish father."

Jin draws his sword and begins to show the guests the ancient Himura swordplay. The guests were mesmerized by the precise and beautiful yet deadly swordsmanship shown by the 10-year-old Jin.

Meanwhile, the maid who has been tasked as Zack's nanny, Lara, ran as fast as she could to the head butler to inform him of some bad news.

"Head butler! We have a big problem!"

"What's wrong Lara??"

"It's Zack… He's not in his room. I searched everywhere he was nowhere to be found. We must inform the duke before the guests find him."

"That damned kid always causing us trouble. Where the hell did that kid go."

"Hurry, we must tell the duke right now!"

The two servants entered the hall with a pale face quickly and quietly walked to the duke. As soon as the Duke hears about that, a strong and deadly pressure is felt by the guests.

"What is this feeling, it's suffocating"

"Shit! It's hard to breathe"

The duke realized and compressed his aura quickly.

"I'm sorry for disturbing your peace ladies and gentlemen. It seems that we have a problem on our end. I would like to excuse myself for a bit if it's okay with you."

"Ho Ho. The problem must be large that you exuded that much aura Duke Himura. Well, it doesn't affect my family so I don't care that much" The king smiled at Zen with a satisfied face. The imperial family was born with condensed magic since birth so they didn't feel that much pressure.

Zen quickly went inside and called all of his guards.

"Find that child immediately! Don't let the guests see him! That kid will be punished as soon as I find him. Dammit, that kid will never stop causing trouble for me! Just you wait Zack, I'll find you and show you hell!"
