"Join me for a trip to the Totto Land Sea," Li Yuan suddenly suggested, thinking about Charlotte Linlin's abilities. If Kaya could create clouds like those on Sky Island and Linlin could turn them into Homies, it would be akin to a pirate version of the "Flying Nimbus."
Even if the flying speed wasn't fast, it would still enable people to fly. This could be the key to forming the aerial force he had always envisioned.
"Husband, I want to go too! You and Sister Shakky went to the West Blue for so long; this time, I want to join you on the sea!" Yadina, who had been sitting at the head of the table, couldn't contain her excitement and leapt into Li Yuan's arms upon hearing about the trip.
"You should consider the setting. Kaya is still here," Li Yuan teased as he naturally embraced Yadina.
"Yikes!"
Realizing her oversight, Yadina blushed with embarrassment, aware that Kaya was watching her and Li Yuan embrace. Yadina wasn't the type to be open and forward; she was more reserved, and she felt too self-conscious to meet Kaya's gaze.
Feeling awkward, Kaya quietly released her grip on Li Yuan's coat and dashed out of the room.
"It's your fault, Husband! You embarrassed me in front of Kaya. How am I supposed to maintain my authority now?" Yadina complained, emerging from Li Yuan's embrace to playfully punch his chest.
"Hahaha, that's your problem, not mine. You should worry about whether you can maintain your dignity later," Li Yuan chuckled, teasing her further.
Feeling his desire rising, he couldn't help his urges.
"Husband, stop, Kaya might still be outside!"
Sensing her husband's intentions, Yadina was flustered. Despite understanding his thoughts, she was embarrassed by the earlier incident with Kaya.
"Don't worry, she's far enough away by now," Li Yuan murmured, employing his 'undressing technique' on them both.
"Husband, close the curtains first..."
Yadina, feeling her emotions stirred, couldn't resist her husband's advances.
The next morning, Yadina had already prepared everything for their journey at sea.
"Set sail for the Totto Land Sea!" Li Yuan announced from the bow of the Hades Hades ship.
With his command, the ship's propulsion system engaged, and the massive 500-meter-long vessel sped across the ocean.
"The Hades is a bit small; it's time for a significant upgrade," Li Yuan remarked, contemplating the future of his flagship.
Though it was one of the largest ships on the sea, Li Yuan envisioned something grander. With the plans for Pluton soon to be in his grasp, he aimed to transform the Hades into a true Pluton-class warship.
While the weapon systems of Pluton might not be replicable due to energy constraints, other technological aspects would be integrated into the Hades, ensuring it became the world's most formidable ship.
The Hades' departure caught the attention of many factions, as movements of the Infinite Pirates, especially those involving the world's greatest swordsman, Li Yuan, were closely monitored.
However, realizing that only Li Yuan and Barrett were on board, interest waned. It indicated no impending conflict, merely a routine voyage.
Attempting to track the Hades, rival ships quickly lost sight of it, unable to match its speed and left far behind within minutes.
"Husband, why are we visiting Charlotte Linlin's territory this time?" Yadina asked, nestled in Li Yuan's arms.
"I plan to have Linlin create a cloud Homie from the Sky Island clouds Kaya produces. If successful, it could carry people," Li Yuan explained.
"A cloud Homie? If it works, it would significantly enhance our crew's capabilities!" Yadina exclaimed, impressed by the innovative idea.
Flight was a considerable advantage and a highly practical skill in this world.
In the Totto Land Sea:
While patrolling the outskirts of Totto Land, Charlotte Linlin's eldest son, Perospero, spotted the rapidly approaching Hades ship through his telescope.
"That's the Hades! And Li Yuan himself is coming!" Startled by the sight of the ship's flag and the imposing figure at its bow, Perospero dropped his telescope in shock.
"Mom! Mom! The Hades is nearing our Totto Land!" he urgently reported through a Transponder Snail, informing his mother of Li Yuan's approach.
Hearing this gave him a slight sense of security.
"What did you say? Li Yuan is coming to my territory? Are you sure?" Charlotte Linlin's voice demanded from the other end.
"Mom, we heard about the Hades setting sail. We just didn't know it was heading here!" Perospero explained, assuring her he had seen both the ship and Li Yuan himself.
"Mom, what does Li Yuan want here?"
"If you see him, ask him to wait. I'll be there shortly," Linlin instructed before ending the call.
"Mom wants me to tell the world's greatest swordsman to wait. What if he cuts me down?" Perospero worried, imagining the worst.
"No way, I can't tell him to wait!" He resolved, knowing he couldn't muster the courage to make such a request.
When the Hades reached the edge of Totto Land, its sheer size dwarfed Perospero's ship, forcing him to crane his neck just to see Li Yuan.
"You must be Perospero, Charlotte Linlin's eldest. I remember seeing you on Beehive Island when you were just a child. You've grown," Li Yuan remarked, reminiscing about his days in the Rocks Pirates.
Those were challenging times, filled with constant pressure to grow stronger before the God Valley battle.
Since achieving top-tier combat power after God Valley, those days seemed distant.
"Y-yes, Lord Li Yuan, I'm Perospero. I've informed my mother, and she'll be here soon," Perospero stammered, nervous yet relieved Li Yuan wasn't hostile.
Li Yuan waited patiently for Linlin, knowing their relationship remained amicable due to ongoing business dealings.
Linlin's crafting skills were crucial for both the gravity bracelets and the potential cloud Homies.
"Mom, Mom, Li Yuan, you should have told me you were coming so I could prepare a feast for you!" Linlin greeted upon arrival aboard the Queen Mama Chanter.
"Hahaha, I'm here for our collaboration. I've brought a new material for you to create into Homies, like the gravity bracelets," Li Yuan explained.
"Mom, Mom, a new material? Let me see!" Linlin's eyes lit up at the prospect of working with Li Yuan again, eager for the benefits their partnership brought.
