"Jack, this just arrived for you," Lena called out from the kitchen, holding a sleek black envelope in her hand. Her voice had an edge of curiosity mixed with concern.
Jack walked in, shirtless, a towel draped over his shoulder, fresh from a workout. His eyes landed on the envelope. "What's that?"
"I don't know. It has your name on it," Lena said, handing it over. "But it doesn't look like a friendly letter."
Jack frowned as he took the envelope. His name, Jack Hayes, was printed in bold, silver letters on the front. Flipping it over, he saw a faint insignia of a phoenix. His stomach tightened. "I've seen this symbol before," he muttered.
Lena tilted her head. "What is it?"
Jack opened the envelope carefully, pulling out a single card. The words were short, direct, and heavy.
"You are invited to the Spirit Warrior Championship. Fight for honor, glory, and the ultimate prize.
The world is watching."
