"You can't beat me," Victor said, his voice eerily calm despite his shattered body.
Jack wiped the blood from his face and smiled. "Watch me."
Victor lunged forward, his movements slower but no less dangerous. Jack sidestepped, landing a stiff jab to Victor's temple. Victor swung wildly, but Jack ducked, spinning on his heel and delivering a vicious elbow to the side of Victor's head.
The impact echoed through the arena. Victor collapsed, his body hitting the mat like a fallen statue.
The referee stepped in, waving the fight off.

The crowd erupted, the deafening roar shaking the very foundation of the arena. Jack stumbled to his knees, tears mixing with the blood on his face.
Victor lay motionless, his eyes fluttering open. Despite his broken body, he tried to rise, but his limbs refused to obey.
"Stay down, Victor," Jack said, his voice hoarse. "It's over."
