The ingredients for Chocolate-covered strawberries were already set aside on the table. The chef only removed those ingredients that wouldn't be needed. The ingredients are 1 pint of fresh strawberries, that will definitely be needed. 2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips, 1 tsp crisco, 1 tsp vanilla extract and confectioners' sugar and chopped nuts.
The chef gave a go ahead, "Begin, and don't hesitate to seek guidance if needed."
With that, everyone started, Michelle started off by rinsing the strawberry. She then wrapped it with a paper towel to remove the excess moisture. She didn't know if it had been washed earlier, but judging by the lots of ingredients on the table, she doubted. But she can't go ahead and ask the chef, so she made the decision herself.
