Commissioner Johnston and the other officers were outside the resort, standing near the beach. The resort was heavily guarded by officers, and the atmosphere was tense.
They were gathered around a particular spot on the beach, which seemed to have been recently dug up. Commissioner Johnston rubbed his moustache thoughtfully and said, "There are only two possibilities here. Either the drugs were kept here, or they were kept here but were removed later on."
The officers nodded in agreement, and some of them began to dig up the spot again to check on Commissioner Johnston's order. Commissioner Johnston watched them for a moment before turning to one of the officers. "I'm going to go check the CCTV footage," he said. "See if I can find anything useful."
The officer nodded, and Commissioner Johnston headed back towards the resort, leaving the other officers to continue their search.
