Valen sat in the elevated chambers reserved for high-ranking professors, his presence calm yet commanding as he overlooked the students below.
The open structure of the chambers allowed both professors and students to observe each other, and though the distance was significant, it didn't stop many of the female students from attempting to catch his attention.
A few of them, their eyes filled with intense intent and interest, moved closer to the edge of their seating areas, hoping for a glimpse of Valen's gaze.
If they could somehow make him look at them and catch his interest they might have some chance with him, ensuring they have the best possible future—moreover if he fall for them and married them that would be equivalent to straight up climbing the stairs to heaven.
Among them were also some of the younger female professors, who were equally captivated.
