The people who are currently occupying the Grand Hotel are either those who booked rooms for vacation or only fled here the day Typhoon Yagi made landfall.

But those tattooed men had appeared out of nowhere, threatened the staffs and looted all the supplies from the villagers, the warehouse and from the vacationers.
