After a satisfying meal, she went back to work. Arriving at her study door, she pushed it open to see Thorn's face deep into a file; his collar opened slightly, showing a glimpse of his skin.
Thorn looked up, his face was partially obscured by his gold glasses, which slipped down the bridge of his nose, with strands of his hair loosely framing his face.
Elora was momentarily distracted by his appearance before brushing it off.
"Sit, there's no need to greet, continue with your work." She said after noticing his standing motion.
Walking over to his desk, "Today, let's go on a field inspection." Elora said spontaneously, feeling bored of the castle walls a bit.
Thorn was surprised but welcomed the chance to move a muscle; he was almost fed up with these unending papers.
"Your Majesty, could we visit the forest as well?" Thorn asked, his eyes shyly pleading with her.
