Owen took a deep breath and asked curiously.

"I used to have wishes," Fenrir said bitterly, "but instead of fulfilling them, the gods destroyed everything I held dear!" 

As the memories surfaced, Fenrir's face contorted with pain. 

"Would you tell me about it?" Owen asked gently, sensing that Fenrir's deep anger likely stemmed from this very event.
