"Why are you with a Bokken anyways?" Thane asked Kayden who seemed to be lost in his thoughts, the question brought him back to reality, away from his delusions about the things he wanted to do when he got back to The Thunder Clan.
"A bokken?" Kayden was confused but Thane sighed in disbelief.
"The wooden sword you used, you fool" Thane reminded him, the realization dawned on his face.
"Why not just call it a wooden sword then?" Kayden asked in an abstract thought, the Bokken sounded like a cool name but for the sake of clarity, a wooden sword was more to his liking.
"Because that's the name given to it" Thane pulled strands of his hair behind his ears, "I'm sure of it, there are days where you just lose the ability to think" Thane cursed as they both forged ahead.
While Kayden walked, he noticed people staring at him. It was more like they were stealing glances at us and then looking away. Immediately, they made eye contact with him.
