Joyboy is among the living once again, and his name is Luffy! The world will change. Those of you who wish for true freedom must choose a side. The time for oppression is over."
As his message played, it spread across the globe, reaching even the heart of the Marines. Soldiers who had devoted their lives to the government now questioned everything. Fleet Admiral Akainu, along with the Admirals Fujitora and Greenbull, were left speechless. They could no longer hide the truth from their forces. Back on Elbaf, the Straw Hats finished their preparations and set sail for Elysium's Verge.
