Nene excused herself and left with Asher and the servant.
"Mr. Moore, thank you for bringing Miss Miller over." Nene looked at Asher gratefully once they arrived at the living room.
Asher nodded. "Miss Miller may be Aurora's best friend, but she's incredibly inquisitive. Keep a close eye on her," he instructed, subtly hinting that Nene shouldn't let Abigail roam around unnoticed.
"Thank you for the information, Mr. Moore," Nene said with her gaze on him.
Asher let out a sigh of relief. "Inform your mistress that I will return in the evening and spend the night if she doesn't mind."
Since Abigail would be staying the night, Asher made it his obligation to stay over and watch her as he didn't trust her.
Back in the room, Aurora opened up to Abigail seeing her worry. She mentioned her memory fragments, her visit to the neuropsychologist and her father's admission to the fact that he wasn't her biological father plus her memories being suppressed.
