Ellen sat inside the living room and instructed the housekeeper.

The butler bent respectfully and turned to go down.
Ellen glanced upstairs, the curve of her mouth growing wider.
Picked up the tea on the table and took a sip, put down the cup, got up and walked towards the study.
Madelyn finished freshening up, lay in bed and couldn't say anything, got up and changed her clothes, ready to go out for a walk!
Ellen had just reached the door of the study when she saw Madelyn come out from inside the room and turn around to walk that way.
