January 7th, 3248, 9 Meteorites was fallen on earth star, A great change took place on earth star, All the humans in the world began to evolve rapidly.
After the meteorites fell, on earth noticed that they develop special abilities. Some were unique. on earth noticed that they develop special super powers. Some were unique, and some were generic. Powers only seen in fiction were now possible to be used in actual life.
The human soon found the meteor to be an incredible powers source. Each power source could more than easily power the current earth for thousands of years.
In order to maximize the gains from the new power source, humanity decided to create academy for teaching about their super powers.

Since all the meteor were more than enough energy for a single nation to even use of 2% of its capacity, wars over them didn't start and human banded together to fix many of the problem plaguing the entire world since it's inception.
Technological advancements had a massive boost because of the new found abilities and power source. Invention like telepoters, space craft and weapons were now a normal sight to see throughout the world.
Humanity was now also able to go to other planets due to new wraping technology. However, not so many other planets were colonized and only few bases were set there.
They called this era the age of super powers. Each person could only wield one ability, so once you get an ability there was no changing it. Some people were not able to automatically get an ability from the meteor shower so humanity develop special ability called soul remnants that contained an existing power.
These soul remnants allowed people with no abilities have learn the ability that was inside the soul remnants by absorbing it. This invention was very important because the new borns of the next generation were not born with new ability.
They allowed families to pass down their abilities to their children, and it allowed people with no abilities to buy a new one off the market.
Despite their tendency becoming more and more negative and oppressive, them not noticing it ever since the meteor shower fell, humanity loved in peace, with not a single massive global issue occuring for a century.
But everything changed when The cold war started between the nations.
