Pokémon Move Mastery System
1. Beginner: Initial level of mastery for moves.
2. Novice: Second level, showing improvement.

6. Master: Top level indicating exceptional skill.
7. Legendary: Exclusive mastery level; percentage increase in damage is gained only through successful attacks.

EXP Gain Chart for Pokemon
> -3 Levels or Below: 25% of the opponent's HP as EXP.
