In The Office of the Navy Marshall, Sengoku stamped the documents in his hand, He looked down and fed his goat some of his documents from time to time.
As this was happening, in the distant Sky, a light beam could be seen going towards the island, but it seemed shaky and unstable like it was about to collapse.

Sengoku suddenly stood up from his seat and walked towards his window to look out towards the docks where the navy battleships were docked.
"Kizaru!"
Sengoku stared in shock as Kizaru lay on the crater he had made, his left arm missing and bloodied due to impacting the ground, and barely conscious.
Immediately Sengoku called the medics and then jumped out of his window to run to Kizaru, when he arrived the crater was already surrounded by trainee marines, and some vice admirals.
"Kizaru! What happened to you?"
Sengoku used shave to move next to Kizaru, and he asked with shock while noticing how sharp the wound on his arm looked, must have been a swordsman, Sengoku thought.

Morgan took his Den Den Mushi out and called his newspaper agency to start printing the new headline for his newspaper.
A Den Den Mushi is a snail-like creature that can connect to other members of the same species, on the other side of the world, thus having the effect of being like a mobile phone.
They can even project what they see out into the air or an object, and due to their efficiency, they are used by almost everyone.

Morgan started writing his headline, while also printing out the picture of Kizaru getting his arm cut off, and the island getting split in half by an invisible force that Sukuna sent out.
But most importantly, the first picture of the Newspaper was Sukuna, standing on the ground, and Smirking while crossing a pair of his arms, and letting his other pair hang down.
Showing his black tattoos and two faces, along with the huge mouth on his stomach, giving him an air of intimidating look, and a hint of flair.
