Continent: Aostra
Country: Nustia
Date: 1/1/338
Point of view - Goldora
It's been a little less than seven years since the death of the last king of Avaloria. We managed to win the battle, led by Hausara. By now, of Avalorian, only the citizens remained, who did not struggle to welcome a king who brought them out of war. I decided to rename Avaloria as Nustia.
Elandria and Cromelia became independent states again, but bound by a non-belligerent pact with Nustia, Shiitia and Triosa. The latter I entrusted to the directives of the new king: Hausara.
When we returned to the palace, unfortunately, one of the members of the League, dying, warned me of the death of all others, including Lunim.
So we managed to pacify Aostra for a long time, or at least for the rest of Eimin's life. Today, the first day of the year 338, we will gather our family to celebrate. After the war, to further strengthen relations, I married Aleria, the daughter of the rulers of Shiitia. So my wife, me and her parents are going to Eimin's house. In a short time we arrived, my parents-in-law had already arrived a couple of days ago, and my sister's house was close to mine, but I never had the opportunity to see her as I would have liked. Before we enter, however, we kneel in the garden, praying for all those who died during the war. Eimin welcomes us and, as we see each other, I see a boy hiding behind his long skirt, and a girl hiding behind him. Bend over to speak with them.
«You are Byron, aren't you? And you are Felis?» I ask. I don't get an answer. As soon as she finishes say hi, Eimin bends over and starts talking.
«Byron, Felis. He's your uncle. His name is Goldora. You know, you'll never meet a person as strong as him. Feel honored.» They respond with a shy "pleasure".
After eating and celebrating, we sit on the couch and start talking. The kids have acquired that kind of "confidence" they develop after an hour when there are relatives at home, so they also participate in the conversation.
«Sister. Byron and Felis have the eyes of Lunim. I feel as if he is still here with us.»
One of them approaches me:
«Uncle, who is Lunim?»
I am surprised. I look at Eimin.
«I waited for you to be there to talk about him. The few times I mentioned him, I called him "dad".»
I was happy. Happy to have given my sister the chance to be a mother and live in a peaceful country. Glad I have allowed my niece and nephew to be born, and glad I saved Avaloria from the dominion of madness.
«Byron, Felis, sit down. Your mom and tour uncle have a long story to tell.»
Lunim, we will live forever!
