Lamair stood tall, his purple hair a stark contrast to the earthy tones of the surroundings. His dark blue eyes focused intently on his spirit beast, Qirantha, a majestic spider with eyes that shone like polished onyx.
With a flick of his wrist, Lamair sent Qirantha scurrying across the ground, the spider's legs moving in a blur as it manipulated the threads of Puppeteering. Lamair's Advanced-level skills allowed him to control the very fabric of reality, bending it to his will.
As he trained, Lamair's movements became more fluid, his commands more precise. Qirantha responded in kind, its web-weaving abilities reaching new heights. The air was filled with intricate patterns of pink silk, each strand vibrating with Lamair's energy.
Suddenly, Lamair's eyes flashed with determination. He raised his hands, and Qirantha burst into a frenzy of activity, creating a labyrinthine web of unparalleled complexity. The threads shimmered, coalescing into a glittering, crystalline structure that seemed to defy gravity.
Lamair's power surged, and the structure exploded in a shower of glittering, purple-tinted sparks. When the light faded, Lamair stood triumphant, his abilities now solidly in the middle of the Advanced level.

In a secluded glade in the Verna Estate, Emily poured her heart and soul into her training. Her long, brown hair cascaded down her back like a waterfall, and her green eyes shone with a fierce determination. She had seen how Clara, her best friend had transcended the limits of the Novice level a few days ago and wasn't willing to back down until she achieved same. Before her, Tor, the green, Fallen Dragon spirit beast, lay waiting. It was as big as an adult horse. Its appearance was that of any normal dragon, but the difference was the dark green crystal on its forehead that shimmered occasionally.
Emily's fingers danced through the intricate patterns of the Plant element, summoning vines to wrap around Tor's massive form. The dragon's scales glowed with a soft, ethereal light as Emily's energy coursed through its body.
As she trained, Emily's connection to Tor deepened, their bond growing stronger with each passing moment. The air around them became alive with the pulse of nature, the trees leaning in as if to witness the spectacle.
With a burst of energy, Emily summoned a blooming garden of crystal flowers, each petal shimmering with a soft, green light. Tor roared in approval, its body glowing with an intense, emerald radiance.
Emily's power swirled, reaching the very threshold of the Advanced level. Though she didn't quite break through, her abilities now hovered tantalizingly close to the next stage of evolution.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting the training grounds in a warm, golden light, Lamair and Emily stood tall, their spirits unbroken, their determination burning brighter than ever. They knew that the journey ahead would be fraught with challenges, but they were ready to face whatever lay in store, their elemental abilities and spirit beasts at the ready.

Oblivious to everything that was happening with his friends, Ethan could be seen in seated on the floor of a cave half naked and in deep meditation. Two beasts could be seen with him, one a huge tortoise which appeared to be a blend of a dragon, a turtle and a tortoise, the Heavenly Dragon whom Ethan had named Galenos and the now huge Angitia. She had grown a bit longer but that was all as she was still small compared to Ethan who had grown a bit taller, about 6.3 feet and Galenos whose actual size was that of a pickup truck or even bigger.
Galenos appeared to be sleeping, its tail, which was as long as 9 meters formed a circle around the other two with them in the middle. A silvery blue glow surrounded Ethan and Angitia. Angitia was coiled on the ground in front of Ethan. A blue eye rune could be seen on their foreheads, pulsing like a beating heart. After what seemed to be like ages for them, especially Ethan, the glow around them burst upwards, threatening to break out of the cave but Galenos had made the cave harder and firmer to prevent any leakages. The light formed an intricate symbol of a man, and a serpent combined, becoming something like a humanoid serpent. It then gradually changed color from its initial silvery blue color to red, resembling Angitia's scales. The symbol then split into two and entered them. Another light, a mix of blue and red burst out from them with such force and power, nearly destroying the cave. The perpetrators of this had steam blowing out from their bodies.
After 5 minutes of steam blowing, they opened their eyes. Angitia suddenly turned into a red light and entered Ethan, forming the snake tattoo on his back. Ethan stood up and stretched causing popping sounds to ring out in the cave and Galenos to open its eyes a little. Its eyes roamed Ethan's body a little and it went to sleep again.
Ethan lied down Galenos' shell after he finished stretching and closed his eyes to rest a little.

One trait of the skill is an always active ability which links the abilities of both partners, making them have the same level and set of stats and also helping them understand each other on a deeper level. Higher levels of Sync allow a variety of abilities and skills, exclusive to both partners.
