There were tense tremors in the surface, shaking the town as the caverns below were suffering collapses between themselves. Some of the Ether Crystals were detonating their own small explosions that added to the collapsing of the cavern system, but luckily, the foundation which the town itself didn't give in.
The Town was only being hit with these tremors as the caverns that were completely caving in due to Euryale's attack were underneath the fields right outside Hornvein. There were massive fissures that appeared, releasing pressure exuded from the detonating of the crystals, the loud sounds of the explosions resounded through the air as small sparks were emitted.
Michael and Brodin saw this, proceeding to take the townsfolk that were unconscious back to the town to safety.
"What the hell happened?!" Michael exclaimed as Brodin was placing several people on some carts to push them, "The entire Town is shaking!"
