"Perimeter is set." Brodin said, "Anything out of the ordinary will be detected."
Michael nodded, "Good." He said, "That's good."
"You have anything similar to our recon abilities?" Brodin asked as they began to walk towards a building down the road
"Not necessarily." Michael said, "But I can deploy a barrier if I need to."
"That would be ideal." Brodin said as he looked over to the far end of the street, "That ether fluctuation you spoke up, I feel it too."
"Stay on guard." Michael said as they reached the building
"Hello." a voice said
The two stopped immediately and turned to their right, seeing a short old woman standing on the side of the street, looking at them with a smile on her face. She had wrinkly old skin, pale as a pearl, her blonde hair was short, in a bob, and had several white streaks on it. Her grey eyes were full of wear but despite that, they had a bit of light in them.
