Scarlet
The town seemed to come alive with whispers as my dragon and I made our way through the streets. People gathered from afar, watching us with a mix of fascination and apprehension. Some followed from a distance, curious but hesitant, unsure of what to make of the sight.
I paused by the town square, taking a deep breath as I watched the townsfolk gather around, whispering among themselves. A few children stepped forward, their wide eyes reflecting the sun's light off the dragon's scales. One brave boy, no older than ten, stretched his hand toward my dragon, who cautiously sniffed at him before nuzzling gently.
"Wow…" the boy whispered, his voice filled with awe. "It's so beautiful."
Others watched in silence, unsure whether to approach or remain distant. I could feel their gazes on me, as though trying to figure out who I was and why I had brought such a creature into their lives.
