I was walking through the forest, Our task was to find something special connected to the earth. I didn't know what I might find, and I am not really that good at
Each step crunched dry leaves under my boots. I stopped when I saw some mossy stones at the base of an old oak tree. They looked like normal rocks at first, but then I noticed a faint shimmer. Curious, I knelt down and brushed away the moss. Strange glowing symbols covered the stone, faint but clear.
"What is this?" I said softly, touching the marks. The stone felt cool, but it seemed to have a tiny pulse, like it was alive.
Was this what I was looking for? Or was it something bigger, something hidden under the ground? What might this be?
The light beneath the ground seemed to grow brighter, casting a soft glow on my hands. My heart pounded in my chest.
"What are you?" I whispered, feeling a mix of awe and fear.
