Hugo couldn't tear his eyes away from Lisa. The red lingerie clung to her like a second skin, and the way she stood there, confidence radiating off her, made his heart pound like a marching band on parade day.
His throat felt dry, and he suddenly wished he'd had a glass of water—or maybe a bucket.
'Am I in a dream? No, no, stay focused! This is real!' he thought, his brain doing somersaults as she snuggled closer.
She moved closer, her actions slow and deliberate, her eyes gleaming with mischief. Hugo gulped, feeling like a deer staring down the headlights of a very attractive truck.
Then her hand reached out once again and landed on his chest. This time, her touch was so light it almost tickled, but instead of laughing, Hugo froze.
His breath caught as her fingers slowly trailed down, leaving a trail of goosebumps in their wake.
