The man opened his mouth but words could not escape his lips. His eyes were filled with shock as he slowly walked around the counter, cautiously walking up to Sol.
"You… You are that man?" He stuttered.
Sol nodded, a bitter smile spread across his face.
"I have finally returned…." Sol said, his voice low.
Bam!
The man fell to his knees, tears running down his face. He grabbed Sol's robes, burying his face in them as he cried loudly. It felt like a millennium's worth of hardship had been lifted off his shoulders.
Sol didn't stop the man from crying. Instead, he remained silent and allowed the man to cry to his heart's content.
… 30 minutes Later ….
Sol sat patiently as Lu Jin hurriedly brought a clay jug, filled with boiling tea. He poured some tea for the God of Death and waited with puppy eyes as Sol emptied the contents of the cup.
