Sol spent the entire day practicing Aura Guard, completely exhausting himself. It was already dark outside and Sirina had already set up a campfire, warming herself beside it.
Sol fell to his knees, breathing heavily, while droplets of sweat ran down his chiseled jawline. His face was a bit pale and his stomach made a loud groan, protesting in anger.
"I'm worn out… I'll continue practicing, after a good meal and rest," Sol said, but his words were only met with a mocking chuckle.
Sirina casually dug through her traveling sack and pulled out a dusty old compass and Sol's Elementalist's Bow, tossing them to him nonchalantly.
"Now you are done with your training, you can go and hunt dinner," Sirina said with a firm tone, her eyes cold.
Sirina waited patiently for the curses and questions to rain on her, but they never came. She watched in shock as Sol casually picked up the bow and the old compass as if he were expecting this.
