I stayed kneeling on the floor feeling dejected and defected for a minute or two after Hechan and his crew left, but Danbi came and shook me hard.
"Jenn, snap out of it! We need to help Bomi first"
Danbi…? You still accept me after learning what I have done? But do I deserve her? Do I deserve anyone?
"It's not time to space out! Come on!"
Danbi then put her arms below my armpits and lifted me up to stand on my feet.
"Look, let's help Bomi first"

I finally came back to my senses and ran to the front of the classroom where Bomi was still laying on the floor moaning in pain.
As soon as I got there though, it was actually Bomi that spoke first.

How can she care about it in this situation?
I almost wished that she hated me.
