Chapter 86 - Rage

Bomi left without taking up on our offer of having dinner together. Hana and I were both extremely careful not to come across as overbearing to her so we did not ask a second time and just offered to drive her back home, which she did accept. 

The weekend had passed. I don't know what or how Hana did it but Bomi's family was convinced and agreed to have her transferred to my school. It took two days for the administrative process and on Wednesday morning the usual trio of Uncle Tan, Hana and I arrived in front of Bomi's house in a car. 

Looking from outside, her house wasn't that big but it was by no means shabby. Although she was getting bullied, she went to South East High after all. Her family might not be like mine or Heeya's, but by the standard of North West, it was a very nice house. 

It made me think every power dynamic is relative. You might be from a rich and strong family, but if someone's above you, that's that.
