On my way back to the classroom I got a message on my phone from Gina. It was the first time she texted me since we exchanged numbers last time when we met at the back of the school building.
'Come to the Manga Club room right now'
I checked the time and there were still thirty minutes or so left till the afternoon classes started, so I headed to the Manga Club. I had no idea why Gina asked me to come over, but for some reason, even from that short text, I could sense that she wasn't happy with me for one reason or another.
"Hi, Gina-. Oh, Eri, you are here too. Hi"
I greeted both of them as I entered the Manga Club room. There was no one else here except Gina and Eri.
"Take a seat", Gina ordered pointing with her chin at the seat opposite where she was sitting across the desk.
Something was definitely up. It felt like I was summoned for some kind of hearing.
"Where have you been just now?", Gina asked.
