Just as I left tailing Ajin to Hana and turned away, I got a call from Minsu.
I hesitated and thought over whether I should pick it up or not. It was the first time he contacted me after I left rather awkwardly during our gathering of friends after which I got abducted.
Well, I shouldn't have left like that… in many ways.
After leaving Minsu and the friends I ran into the two monsters Heeya and Soyeon, followed by getting kidnapped, which obviously led to all sorts of problems. Life works in funny ways though. Despite the fact that I suffered greatly on that day, if I hadn't done that maybe I would have never met Heeya and Soyeon, which would mean that Bomi would still be going through hell.
I didn't quite know how to answer or what to say, but I knew it wouldn't be right for me to just ignore him like this, especially after how things ended last time.
