The clash erupted into chaos, with each fighter pitted against their respective opponent. Trish's devilish form radiated an intense aura as she moved with blinding speed toward Lafitte, who had drawn his cane sword. The two exchanged rapid strikes, their blades colliding with a shower of sparks.
Pepper and Diana coordinated effortlessly against Doc Q. Pepper shot precise bursts of Frost energy, creating openings, while Diana's lethal strikes aimed to disarm and destabilize the sickly-looking pirate, who, despite his appearance, possessed a dark resilience. Doc Q swung his scythe with surprising agility, but the relentless assault from Pepper and Diana began to wear him down.
All the disease spores he released were frozen before they could affect them, neutralizing him before he could do anything.
Emma, facing Van Augur, kept a cool demeanor. She knew of his sharp-shooting skills and evaded his every shot with ease, darting around the battlefield and closing the distance between them. "You can't hide behind your rifle here," she said coldly, landing a swift kick that sent him stumbling backward.
Meanwhile, Blackbeard was reeling from Dave's relentless onslaught. Though his Dark-Dark Fruit could absorb most attacks, Dave's sheer speed and Haki-infused strikes were overwhelming his defenses. Not to mention his Devil Fruit powers, which released weird fiery red energy, which damaged him even more, Gritting his teeth, Teach unleashed a wave of dark energy, attempting to consume Dave in a swirl of darkness, but Dave responded by activating his Devil arm fully, absorbing the attack. With his enhanced agility, he released back the darkness, pushing forward and landing a brutal punch directly into Teach's jaw.
Teach staggered back, blood trickling from his mouth as he glared at Dave with a twisted grin. "Zehahaha! You really think you can stop me?" he spat, struggling to maintain his stance.
Dave smirked. "I don't think, I know."
With that, he launched into another barrage of attacks, every blow laced with Haki and Demonic, leaving Teach struggling to counter. His crew members, similarly overpowered, began to falter. Lafitte was forced to one knee under Trish's onslaught, his cane sword shattered. Doc Q was disarmed and frozen, barely standing after Pepper's frozen energy blasts and Diana's relentless corrosive strikes. Van Augur had lost his rifle, fending off Emma's unrelenting close-quarters attacks with just his fists.
And Emma seemed like she is playing with him, as she has yet to use her Phoenix Flames or even her psychic abilities, she is just using armaments' haki to fight him plus with her enhanced phoenix strength.
As Blackbeard's crew weakened, Dave gave a final command. "End this."
Trish, Emma, Pepper, and Diana all moved in sync, delivering their finishing strikes. One by one, the Blackbeard Pirates fell, each killed with a finality that left no room for retaliation.
With the battle over, Dave walked over to Blackbeard, who lay beaten on the deck, gasping for air. Dave crouched down, his eyes cold. "Don't hate me, I don't have any thing against you, but I just wanted to Kill you" Dave said as Demonic energy came out of him and envelope the whole ship, "Spread the fruits" Dave said as others nodded and they spread the fruits all over the deck.
"Sayo nara" Dave said as he slashed rebellion, causing Blackbeard head to fly leaving trails of blood.
"Emma," Dave said, as she closed her eyes, focusing her psychic powers. Under everyone's gaze, a dark fruit emerged from the pile of fruits, levitating toward them. Dave smiled, reaching out to grab it before taking a bite on the spot.
His smile quickly faded as the taste hit him. "I'll never get used to this," he thought, grimacing as the terrible flavor took over. The others chuckled at the change in his expression from satisfaction to utter disgust.
"Excuse me!" A voice called out, and they turned to see a man approaching them with a grateful expression. "Thank you for saving our kingdom," he said, bowing, with others around him following suit.
"We're pirates, you know," Dave replied, tilting his head in amusement. The man and those nearby looked surprised for a moment, then burst into laughter.
"Yes, yes, we know. How could we forget? Please, come with us; we'll prepare a banquet, pirate-style," he said, motioning for them to join in the celebration.
Dave raised an eyebrow, amused by the reaction. "Guess I was hoping to scare him, but a pirate feast sounds fun," he thought, glancing at the others, who nodded in agreement.
"Oh, almost forgot about you," Dave added, glancing over at the guy Tony had captured earlier. With a flick of his hand, he set the barrier around Wapol, then quickly dispatched him, claiming the Munch Munch Fruit for himself.
He then once again ate it, trying his best not to vomit his lunch, as he followed after others to Drum Kingdom.
As the crew followed the villagers to the center of the Drum Kingdom, they were welcomed into a grand hall adorned with vibrant banners and tables laden with food and drink. The people had truly outdone themselves, and despite their initial fear, they treated Dave and his crew like honored guests.
Tony took a seat next to Dave, leaning over. "So, you've added the Munch Munch Fruit to your arsenal. What's the plan now?"
Dave nodded, myriad of thoughts flashing in his eyes. "This is just the beginning. With Munch Munch, I'm closer to creating the ultimate armor. Next up, I'll need the Split-Split, Fusion-Fusion, and, if possible, the Soul-Soul Fruit."
Tony nodded as he asked once again "what about the Dark fruit?"
"Well, it was not past of plan, but it is a powerful fruit, So, I took it" He replied as Tony nodded.
"I wonder if there is fruit I want" Tony mumbled as Dave looked at him.
"What kind you want anyway?" Dave asked as Tony replied "I guess the Mythical Zoan you have talked about"
"I know few Mythical Zoan location if you want one" Dave said as Tony looked at him.
