After thinking long about his decision, Sean asked Samuel a question that only he could answer yes or no. And the question surprised them all.
"Can you leave your mafioso world for Megan? Yes or no?" he asked seriously which made Samuel feel so hesitant to answer.
Sean reminded him that Samuel said he would do anything to be with Megan. It's true, Samuel is willing to do anything for her but he can't leave his mafia world.
He felt it was his responsibility to take care of Lorenzo's family one day. His father had also trusted him with this and no other could do it. Moreover, this was a very big business that affected the Lorenzo family's survival.
"I would do anything for Megan, even risk my own life. But I can't leave my mafia world for this." Samuel replied with a firm answer as well, saying how he couldn't do that.
This was about his family's pride, something that would be passed down to him.
