Megan flew to Dormania again to meet her boyfriend there, Samuel. He invites her to watch a festival that will take place that night in the center of the city of Vansia. The city, which is the center of Dormania, usually has a festival with the country's big theme, the mafia.
People would parade wearing mafia outfits and some of them would wear other costumes to enliven the event.
